LIVINGSTON, NJ — Former National Basketball Association (NBA) star Dennis Rodman’s friends say he is “living like a Livingston kid” while he is in town doing an outpatient program for Turning Point Rehab Center.
Livingston native Chris “Vo” Volo, an agent for Prince Marketing Group, has been representing Rodman for seven years and the two quickly became best friends.
“That’s why while he needs to be in rehab I brought him locally,” said Volo. “Livingston is obviously my home town, but also a calm town where he can focus.”
The pair is also filming a few YouTube clips at various locations in the area, including Caldwell's Hollywood Pizza, as seen above.
Volo said Rodman enjoys eating at the Ritz Diner almost every day and working out at Livingston’s New York Sports Club and the Summit Equinox in between rehab sessions. He also enjoys spending time at the Short Hills Mall and said Legal Sea Foods at the mall has become one of his all-time favorite restaurants.
Rodman was born in Trenton and played for the Detroit Pistons, San Antonio Spurs and the Chicago Bulls. He played professionally for 14 seasons before retiring in 2006.
