BLOOMFIELD, NJ - Mayor Michael Venezia will host his fourth annual Thanksgiving Turkey Give-Away Sunday Nov. from 10:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. on the first floor of Bloomfield Town Hall. The location was changed due to the forecast.

Motorists should note that Municipal Plaza will be closed from Bloomfield Ave to Franklin St from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.am-1:00pm. Officers from the Bloomfield Police Department will be on scene assisting with traffic

The Mayor will be giving out turkeys and food baskets with members of the Department of Human Services. Approximately 500 families have already registered with the department to receive turkeys. Food baskets for registered recipients who do not arrive by 12:00pm will be given to other attendees and existing clients of the Department of Human Services, as well as local food banks.
