PARSIPPANY, NJ - Officers from the Parsippany Police Department, responded to the Capital One Bank for an intoxicated male attempting to withdraw $5,800.00 from an account that was not his.

Prior to the arrival of responding officers, the male fled the scene

After a brief investigation by Patrol Officers D. Ross and L. Nicos, they located Anthony Miller, a 61 year old male from Bronx, NY, nearby. He was placed under arrest and transported back to police headquarters. While there, he was charged with the following:

• 1 count of 3rd Degree Knowingly Exhibiting a False Government Issued Driver’s

License
• 1 count of 3rd Degree Forgery
• 1 count of 4th Degree Possession of a False Government Issued Identification

He was transported to the Morris County Correctional Facility pending his first court appearance.
