TRENTON, NJ - Michael Sot 20, died early Tuesday afternoon from injuries sustained during a head-on collision Sunday according to information from Ewing police.
Sot, a Clark resident and student at The College of New Jersey, was the driver of a car hit head-on by David Lamar V. who has since been charged with driving while impaired. According to Ewing police, vehicular homicide will now be added to the charges already filed against Lamar.
Sot was the designated driver in his vehicle early Sunday morning when Lamar crossed over the yellow lines causing an accident that sent six people to the hospital in critical condition.
A prayer vigil is being held at Clark’s Municipal complex at 7 p.m. on Tuesday December 4. Visitors to the gathering are asked to park in the Arthur L. Johnson High School parking lot and not on the grounds of the municipal or recreation buildings.
