RED BANK, NJ:  The Red Bank Council will meet on Wednesday, November 13th, at Borough Hall, 90 Monmouth Street.

The council will discuss a Resolution calling for a commission to study the Open Public Records Act (OPRA), that was signed into New Jersey law back in 2002.

With limited exceptions, the law mandates that government records be available for easy public access and that the request procedures be simple, with minimum bureaucratic red tape.
