HOLMDEL, NJ - A festive and happy moment was shared by hundred of visitors as they experienced the excitement of lighting the menorah with Chabad Jewish Center of Holmdel and host Bell Works. Rabbi Shmaya Galperin and his family welcomed everyone and shared the good news of the season. See video with speeches and guest introductions:

Latkes and soup was served as well as delicious donuts that children and adults were able to enjoy.

All the while, the master craftsman worked to bring the menorah to life. Folks from all faiths visited in support of the Jewish faith as they celebrated the lighting of the menorah and remembered the important lessons behind it.

Dignitaries also visited including Assemblywoman and former Mayor of Holmdel Serena DiMaso, Freeholder and former Middletown Mayor Gerry Sharfenberger, Local Township Committeemen Critelli, Buontempo and Nikolas. Holmdel School Board Member and former Township Committeeman Terence Wall was also present with his son Teddy to show, with the other dignitaries, continued support to Chabad of Holmdel and Bell Works.
