Experience Historic Holiday Traditions, and Honor the U.S. Armed Forces
MORRISTOWN, N.J. On Sunday, November 11, from 12 noon to 4 p.m., experience a historic farm-style Thanksgiving holiday and mark the 100th anniversary of the Armistice ending World War I at Fosterfields Living Historical Farm in Morris Township.

At the Willows Historic House, experience the house come alive to 1918, set with actors using vignettes to portray characters on the home front during World War I. Join in laying out knit poppies to honor Morristown service men and women of the First World War.
A 1 p.m., gather for a special program honoring all U.S. military personnel and veterans and to recognize the 100th anniversary of U.S. involvement in WWI. The ceremony will include a reenactor and a VFW color guard.
