NEWARK, NJ-- NJ Transit wants to hear your thoughts about their transportation program for seniors and the disabled.

It will be holding a virtual public hearing on the Senior Citizen and Disabled Residents Transportation Assistance Program (SCDRTAP)'s Southern Region on Tuesday, October 13 at 5PM.

SCDRTAP is responsible for funding capital, operating and administrative expenses for locally coordinated paratransit services for senior citizens and people with disabilities. The program also funds accessibility improvements to NJ Transit's fixed route bus and rail systems.
