Bereavement/Support Group Meeting

The João José ‘John’ Santos Charitable Organization is holding its bereavement/support group for those who have lost a loved one to suicide at the Bridgewater Township Library, on Vogt Drive, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The support group is free, and participants will meet others who understand the emotional pain. Participants will learn coping skills and receive resources to help heal. For more information, contact Augusta Santos at 908-707-1699, or johncharitable@aol.com.

Pennsylvania Man Arrested for Shoplifting from Wegmans, According to Bridgewater Police Report

BRIDGEWATER, NJ - A Pennsylvania man was arrested Oct. 15 for shoplifting hundreds of dollars of merchandise from Wegmans and for having an outstanding warrant, according to a report from Bridgewater Township Police.

Marvin Benitez, 26, was charged with shoplifting after being found with $276 worth of merchandise from the store.
