BRIDGEWATER, NJ - ExxonMobil has awarded Adamsville Primary School, in Bridgewater, with a Volunteer Involvement Program (VIP) Team Grant.
The funding from this grant will be used to develop a collaborative STEM program that supports the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) for Adamsville students and their families.
Adamsville principal James Singaliese said they are very appreciative of the grant.
“The Adamsville community greatly appreciates all the time and effort that the ExxonMobil has given to the students of our school," he said. "It is so important for our youngest learners to engage in and be exposed to science education. As our world is ever shrinking with the development of technology, the skills and knowledge that STEM programs provide for our children will support their ability to be competitive in a global workforce. We are so thankful to ExxonMobil for working with our students and for providing us with a grant to further develop our STEM program.”
