RARITAN, NJ – Alternatives, Inc., a service provider for people and families with special needs in New Jersey, will celebrate its partnership with the communities in which they serve at its annual gala themed “Oscar Night” on Saturday, April 4 at the Marigold in Somerset.  The agency will honor distinguished community partners, Raritan Borough, the Somerset County Library System, Faith Hope Baptist Church Outreach Ministry, and the Senior Fellowship Ministry of the First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens.

“The Dignity Gala is the agency’s chance to recognize the contributions of our community partners, as well as celebrate the agency’s clients with the many people who support our mission,” said Alternatives’ President, Nancy Good. “It’s the one evening during the year when staff, clients, caregivers and community partners gather to celebrate what is accomplished when people who care, collaborate.”

The Alternatives Dignity Gala is April 4 from 6:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. at the Marigold, 315 Churchill Ave. in Somerset. The event will begin with a 90-minute cocktail reception followed by dinner with an open bar and dancing to the music of Hoi Polloi. A silent auction and cash raffle are available both prior to and at the event.
