Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties’ Deluccia Commercial Group Announce The Sale of a 42,000 sq. ft. Facility In Bridgewater


BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties and Tim Deluccia, Broker-Associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties’ Martinsville Office and partner with Deluccia Commercial Group, announce the sale of a 42,000 sq. ft. facility, including a five-acre parcel on Route 22 East in Bridgewater, New Jersey.

Consumers, Inc. also known as E&B Distributors sold their 42,000 sq. ft. building for $4.5 million to the Open Road Auto Group in April. Rod Ryan, CEO of Open Road Auto Group, received approval from the township to use 10,000 sq. ft. of the building as corporate office space and the remaining 32,000 sq. ft. as warehouse storage. The 18 ft. clearance in the warehouse provides the ability to store approximately 130-150 cars.
