BRIDGEWATER, NJ - A total of six goals from Lizzy Escudero helped lead the Bridgewater-Raritan High School girls lacrosse team to a 17-8 win over Hillsborough in the semifinals of the NJSIAA Tournament Tuesday.
Bridgewater pulled out to an early lead, with nine goals in the first half, to Hillsborough's four.
Also scoring big for Bridgewater-Raritan were Tai Jankowski with four goals, Madison Bray with three goals and Sadie Herman and Heather Stires with two goals each.
The team now has a record of 17-3 on the season.
BRHS will play Hunterdon Central in the finals Friday.
