BRHS Marching Band Prepared for Full Season of Football Games, Competitions

BRIDGEWATER, NJ - The Bridgewater-Raritan High School Marching Band has begun its new season with a brand new show and lots of upcoming performances and competitions to show off their talents.

The complete schedule for 2017-2018 is as follows:

  • Sept. 22 – Home Football Game, Basilone Field (Band Recruitment Night)
  • Sept. 23 – USBands Piscataway Show, Piscataway High School
  • Sept. 24 – John Basilone Memorial Parade, Raritan
  • Sept. 28 – Away Football Game, Montgomery High SchoolOct. 6 – Away Football Game, North Hunterdon High School
  • Oct. 7 – BOA Regional, University of Delaware
  • Oct. 13 – Home Football Game, Basilone Field (Band Senior Night)
  • Oct. 14 – USBands Yamaha Cup Northeast, MetLife Stadium
  • Oct. 20 – Away Football game, Franklin High School
  • Oct. 21 – USBands Ridge HS Show, Ridge High School
  • Oct. 21 – USBands East Brunswick Show, East Brunswick High School
  • Oct. 27 – Home Football, Basilone Field (Homecoming)
  • Oct. 28 – USBands New Jersey State Championships, High Point Solutions Stadium
  • Nov. 2 – Home Football, Basilone Field
  • Nov. 4 – USBands New Jersey Regional Championship, Old Bridge High School

Raritan Police: Warren Man Arrested for DWI and More in Police Blotter

RARITAN, NJ - A Warren man was arrested Feb. 1 for driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle violation, according to a report from Raritan Borough Police.

Wayne Krause, 68, was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and speeding after being pulled over on Route 22 West.

Krause was processed and released pending a court appearance.
