BRIDGEWATER, NJ - The Bridgewater Township Council approved several resolutions at the Jan. 19 meeting for snow removal services and more throughout the township.
The first was an award of contract for snow removal services to RJS Associates Landscaping, in Bridgewater, in the amount of $50,000.
The council also approved a contract with A&A Curbing for the Woodlawn Avenue sidewalk and Rambler Drive curb ramp improvement project. The cost of the project is $64,703.32, and it is being funded through the 2014 capital fund.
The council authorized an agreement with the Soccer Center, in Somerset, and the township recreation department for the spring and fall travel programs. According to the agreement, the Soccer Center will provide the use of turf fields, referees and trainers at a cost of $109,000.
Finally, the council approved its annual agreement with the board of education for the 2016–2017 hazardous busing, in the amount of $239,251.
