Bridgewater Marble Signs Lease Renewal for Chimney Rock Road Location


BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Denholtz Associates, has signed a lease renewal with Bridgewater Marble for 50,282 square feet of space at 3W Chimney Rock Road in Bound Brook and 1W Chimney Rock Road in Bridgewater, according to a release.

Bridgewater Marble has been leasing the space in the Bridgewater Business Park since 1999, and it has become one of the leading custom stone fabricators in the state. According to the release, it has a showroom, warehouse and production facility on site.

The Bridgewater Business Park, the release said, has about 380,000-square-feet of flex-industrial buildings, 115,714-square-feet of which Denholtz Associates owns at 1W to 5W Chimney Rock Road. The properties offer flexible accommodations, the release said.

The park, the release said, is located off Route 22.

Dunellen Man Arrested for Simple Assault Following Fight, According to Raritan Police

RARITAN, NJ - A Dunellen man was arrested for simple assault after police were called to a fight in progress on East Somerset Street, according to a report from Raritan Borough Police.

Franklin Cardenas-Hernandez, 34, was charged with simple assault in the incident March 11.

According to police, officers were sent to a residence on East Somerset Street for a report of a fight in progress.
