UNION, NJ - The Bridgewater-Raritan High School girls varsity lacrosse team clinched its first Tournament of Champions title in a close game Saturday at Kean University, defeating Oak Knoll, 7-6.

Bridgewater-Raritan's Kirsten Murphy led the team with four goals, followed by Julia Lytle, Ally Mastroianni and Addison Reilly for one goal each. Goalie Arielle Weissman had seven saves on the game.

This was the program's first championship win, and the first group championship for all current members of the team.

The team finishes the season with a record of 22-1.
