SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ - Bridgewater and Raritan are under a winter weather advisory until noon Friday with an expectation of about 2 to 4 inches of snow, according to the National Weather Service.
According to the report, rain is expected after midnight, changing to snow overnight and continuing through the morning commute. The steady snow is expected to end by midday, but lingering snow showers are possible Friday afternoon and evening.
Untreated roads and walkways will become snow covered and slippery, and hazardous travel is expected late tonight and Friday morning.
A bigger storm is currently expected to head our way again Tuesday with snowfall totals currently predicted at 5 to 8 inches.
