BRIDGEWATER, NJ - The township has set up a charging and water station for residents who are still without power.
The station is at the municipal complex, at 100 Commons Way. The tented charging station and water station is available so residents can charge critical devices, and for residents who have well water, there is a hose that residents can use to fill personal containers.
The Bridgewater Township Library, on Vogt Drive, has also set up additional power strips to accommodate device charging.
Guests must wear a mask and practice social distancing when using the resource.
In addition, the township said they do not have the resources to be able to pick up storm debris from all residents, but there are a few options available. The first is for brush pick-up for senior citizens on a limited basis, and for more information, click here.
In addition, the township also offers a free service to residents by allowing them to drop off any debris at the township's yard waste site on Foothill Road behind Costco. The facility is open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.; and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
