Bridgewater Township Holds Annual Electric Ride Car Show

BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Bridgewater Township held its annual Electric Ride Electric Car Show Thursday, with several cars to view and food trucks to enjoy.

The event featured a number of local electric car owners showing off their rides, as well as a special appearance of the new 2018 Nissan Leaf, only shown in eight locations around the country.

In addition to the cars, the event featured local gourmet food trucks with everything from empanadas to ice cream, and donuts to pizza. Plus, Bridgewater's own Tyrone Stackhouse Project and The Green Planet provided the music.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Two Newark residents were arrested Nov. 7 for shoplifting more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from the Microsoft Store in the Bridgewater Commons Mall, according to a report from Bridgewater Township Police.
