BRIDGEWATER, NJ - The top-seeded Bridgewater-Raritan girls soccer team advanced to the finals of the Somerset County Tournament with a 2-0 victory over Franklin on Saturday.

Bridgewater-Raritan (13-1) will play second-seeded Ridge in the championship game next Saturday afternoon at 3 p.m. at the Torpey Complex.

The Panthers scored  goal in each half to vanquish Franklin. Samantha Vail and Morgan Winchock scored the goals. Melanie Lytle and Cheyenna Cook had the assists. Bridgewater-Raritan outshot the Warriors, 21-3.
