BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Top-seeded Bridgewater-Raritan scored three goals in each half for a 6-1 girls soccer victory over Hillsborough in the quarterfinal round of the Somerset County Tournament on Saturday.

Stephanie Lowrey scored a goal and had two assists for the Panthers (11-1), who got goals from six different scorers. Also finding the net were Melanie Lytle, Allison Lowrey, Gianna Minerva, Diza Hasanaj  and Jill Ferrante.

Francesca Escudero, Kelly VanValkenberg and Elizabeth Hanemann also contributed assists for the Panthers, who outshot Hillsborough, 17-2. Bridgewater-Raritan will host Franklin in the county semifinals next Saturday.
