SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ – The Interfaith Hospitality Network of Somerset County, with Williams-Sonoma in Bridgewater, is hosting a Holiday Cookie Bake-Off and Sale to raise funds to help homeless families in the county gain independence.

According to a release, youth and adults are invited to submit their favorite cookie to the contest. The first prize in each age category is a cooking class for 10 people at Williams-Sonoma.

The final judging will take place Dec. 7 at 10 a.m. at Williams-Sonoma in the Bridgewater Commons Mall. Rules and the entry form can be found at www.ihnsc.org/bakeoff.

Home-baked cookies will also be for sale during the event to benefit the Interfaith Hospitality Network.

The network provides emergency shelter, case management and support services to homeless families in Somerset County.
