RARITAN, NJ - Raritan's “Jersey Mike’ Subs” Franchise Owner, Joe Williams, proudly presented the Bridgewater-Raritan Band Parent Association with a check for $2,312 on June 15. 

To raise the money, the Raritan store donated 10 percent of all proceeds during the week of May 13 to 19.  

“Every year, Jersey Mike’s has a nationwide month of giving, but we wanted to give back locally,” said Williams. “It has been a positive event sharing the Jersey Mike’s experience with the Bridgewater-Raritan Community and we look forward to doing this fundraiser again next year!”

BPA Co-President, Anna Rooney, said that the money they received from the fundraising efforts will go towards numerous band projects, “It is for the kids,” Rooney said. “Everything we do is for the benefit of the kids."

Williams, and his staff along with Michael Mucci, manager of the Bernardsville location, presented the check to BPA co-presidents AnnaRené Jeremiah and Anna Rooney, along with several student members of the B-R Band Program at the Raritan store June 15.
