The students of the week for the week of Oct. 12 are:

  • Janaya Marshall - (nominated by Renee Zaleski) Janaya came into my class with a wallet that she found on the ground. Janaya asked where she should bring the wallet, my assistant in the room turned it in to the attendnace office. Janaya said she wanted to make sure the student who lost the wallet found it. This was a simple and honest thing for someone to do.
  • Robert Erwin - (nominated by Alice Hadley) I have known Robert for over 10 years. He is an intelligent, compassionate caring individual. Recently, Bobby became an Eagle Scout. This is the highest rank you can achieve in scouting. This takes lot of dedication and commitment. Bobby was also the senior patrol leader for Troop 46 in Martinsville. Bobby is also a football player for our high school.

Editors Note - Every week we will publish the BRHS Students of the Week. Congratulations to all those students recognized.
