BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Each week, two students at Bridgewater-Raritan High School will be honored as students of the week.
Students are chosen by teachers and staff in the high school.
The students of the week for the week of May 29 are:
- Paul Ouda - (nominated by Rachel Hess and Samantha Cichon) Paul comes to class every day with a great attitude. He never hesitates to help students that are struggling during group work, and he goes above and beyond to make sure the lab stations are fully cleaned. Paul is truly a great role model in chemistry.
(Also nominated by Victoria Sherby) Paul is a great example of a hardworking, dedicated student. He shows the utmost respect for his peers and his teachers, and is the firs tto volunteer to help in any situation, no matter what it involves. He is honest, shows academic responsibility as well as personal responsibility, isn't afraid to ask questions and we can always count on him to make the class laugh.
- Emily Yessman - (nominated by Roy Dragon) Compassion and empathy for special needs students as a PE Partner.
