BRIDGEWATER – On Jan. 3, SCVTHS held its first ever Alumni Homecoming event.

More than 60 alumni, including one graduate from 1972, attended the event. Thanks to generous donations from the school’s career and technical programs and their partners, many of the alumni left the event with door prizes.

SCVTHS Administrator Mario Peluso who chaired the organization efforts for the event, said, “The homecoming event was a way to for us to bring many people together, the thought being the big picture of the entire School Community.  The event was our way, through athletics, to encourage a stronger school community and enhance the culture and climate of SCVTS.  We invited alumni by email, personal phone calls and social media, with over 60 attending to watch the games and be part of the event.”
