MILLBURN, NJ - The Bridgewater-Raritan High School varsity wrestling team competed in the NJSIAA District 16 Tournament in Millburn Saturday, winning three individual titles, with six wrestlers moving on the Region 4 competition at Union High School Feb. 25.

Three of Bridgewater-Raritan's wrestlers placed first in the their respective weight classes, Jake Raboy in the 220-pound, Matt Sacco in the 126-pound and Van Miller in the 195-pound competition.

Sacco, Miller and Raboy gave the Panthers more first place finishes than any other team in the district, and finished fourth in the team competition.

In addition, Bridgewater-Raritan's Brock Gandarillas, Mike Winchock and E.J. Mathewson all place third in their weight classes.

All six wrestlers will be moving on to the next round in Union.

Bridgewater Police Investigating Report of $2K Worth of Tools Stolen from Car, According to Report

BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Bridgewater Township Police are investigating a report of a theft of more than $2,000 from a vehicle parked at the Home Depot, in the Bridgewater Towne Center, according to a report.

A Hillsborough resident reported June 3 at about 5:58 p.m. that his vehicle had been burglarized while parked at the Home Depot. The theft occurred between 5 p.m. and 5:50 p.m.
