BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Roads are still closed and power is still out around town as Bridgewater deals with extreme storms over the past few days.

According to Bridgewater Township Police, Route 22 West by I-287 is closed in the right two lanes due to flooding, as of 6:30 a.m. Tuesday.

In addition, all the traffic lights on Commons Way are not working because of a power outage.

The township has said that crews are assessing storm damage, and trees downed on private properties can be taken to the yard waste site during regular hours.

In the Martinsville area, PSE&G is reporting pockets of outages, with construction being done for repairs, and power expected to be restored Tuesday afternoon. The same is being reported in Finderne and some areas of Bradley Gardens.
