RARITAN, NJ - The demolition of the former United Dye building, on Orlando Drive, is moving along, with most of the building already down as of Monday afternoon.
Demolition is continuing, but most of the building has been torn down and the ground is covered in rubble.
The work began in mid December, more than two years after a fire originally ripped through the building.
A fire started in the basement of the abandoned building on the morning of May 6, 2015, and firefighters were unable to save the structure. Firefighters knocked down part of the building to extinguish the fire.
