READINGTON, NJ - The Hunterdon Health and Wellness Centers are dedicated to providing health enhancement and disease prevention programs for the community. They offer a wide variety of educational classes each month at the Clinton and Whitehouse Station locations.

As part of their April Education Series, the following programs are currently open for registration:

  • “Reverse Heart Disease, Information on the Ornish Lifestyle Program”

The Ornish Lifestyle Program offers a unique, non-invasive approach to reverse cardiac disease. It addresses the root causes of heart disease rather than just its symptoms, and offers participants what can be a more appealing option than surgery: lifestyle as treatment.
