Bernie Pramanik is a scientist working in the pharmaceutical industry. She is a lifelong resident of New Jersey, growing up in Parsippany and currently residing in Warren. Her passion for nature photography was inspired by French Impressionist painters such as Claude Monet and Vincent Van Gogh, and allows her a creative outlet to explore and discover the hidden beauty in nature. Many of her stunning, painterly images were taken locally at the Great Swamp and Watchung Reservation. This is Bernie’s first exhibition.
