NJ Audubon: Nature Infused Yoga Fall/Winter Series

Yoga is a great way to relax, connect with yourself, and increase flexibility and strength. Explore the connections between yoga and nature in this 75-minute class. No experience necessary; all levels welcome. For ages 15 years and older. Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring a yoga mat if you have one (some will be provided.) Walk-ins are welcome.

This class will be held weekly from 11/2/19 to 1/4/20. (There will be no class 11/30/2019 and 12/28/2019.)

When
Saturdays, from November 2, 2019 through January 4, 2020 (9:30am to 10:45am). (Please note, there will be no class November 30, 2019 or December 28, 2019)

Cost & Registration
Cost for all 8 classes: $88 members, $112 nonmembers.
Cost per class: $12 members, $15 non-members.

Calling out hypocrisy should never be done lightly. It’s a claim that elicits strong emotions, which often fade slowly with time. However, if one should be so passive and so restrained as to censor oneself from such observations, they end up serving a hypocrite’s agenda.

Man Arrested for Shoplifting Hundreds of Dollars in Sunglasses, Bridgewater Police Say

BRIDGEWATER, NJ - A Fords man was arrested for shoplifting after being found with sunglasses from Sunglass Hut, at the Bridgewater Commons Mall, according to a report from Bridgewater Township Police.

Anthony C. Mateo, 19, was arrested Sept. 29 at 11:40 a.m. after he was found with two pairs of sunglasses valued at $346.

Mateo was processed and released pending a court date.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ - On Oct. 27, the Raritan Valley Symphonic Band will open its 2019-2020 season with its concert, “Days of Old.”
