Urgent Need Blood Drive

The Somerville Elks will hold an Urgent Need Blood Drive July 6 and July 27 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.

To remain in compliance with federal guidelines for social distancing, appointment is preferred. Walk-ins are welcome if drive capacity permits.

Donors must wear a mask or face covering, and will have their temperatures taken. They must be 14 days symptom-free if recovered from COVID-19, and they may not donate if they have had a positive diagnostic test or if they have experienced symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

You may also not donate if they are currently on self-quarantine restrictions.

Bridgewater Reporting Zero New COVID Cases, as of Thursday

BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Bridgewater Township is reporting zero new cases of COVID-19, as of Thursday morning, for a total of 484 cases.

Bridgewater Township is not reporting any new fatalities in the township, leaving the total at 65, all between the ages of 40 and 105.

Raritan is still reporting 115 cases of coronavirus.
