Hundreds Attend Community Day, Sponsored by Bridgewater JCC and Bridgewater Township (Photo Gallery)

BRIDGEWATER, NJ - The Shimon and Sara Birnbaum Jewish Community Center, in conjunction with Bridgewater Township and the Bridgewater Commons Mall, held Community Day in the parking lot of the mall Sunday.

Hundreds came out to check out fire trucks, police cars and emergency services vehicles, while also having fun in the bounce houses, visiting vendors and much more.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Bridgewater Community Day is coming Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the parking lot of the Bridgewater Commons Mall, in the lower Lord & Taylor parking lot.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ - The free Somerset County Summer Sunday Concert Series returned to Duke Island Park with concerts celebrating the decades every Sunday in August.

The series began with hits of the 70s Aug. 1, hits of the 80s Aug. 8 and hits of the 90s Aug. 15. The series concludes Aug. 22 with hits of the 2000s.

Bridgewater Reporting 15 New COVID Cases, as of Thursday

BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Bridgewater Township reported 15 new COVID-19 cases Thursday, bringing the total number of cases to 2,921.

Bridgewater Township is reporting only 102 total fatalities, four fewer than in previous days, with no new fatalities reported since the end of May.

Raritan Borough reported five new COVID cases Thursday, bringing the total to 653.
