BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Bridgewater Township is reporting another 15 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 as of 11 a.m. April 21.

There are now a total of 273 confirmed cases in Bridgewater Township, and 30 confirmed COVID-19 related deaths to date.

In Raritan Borough, as of April 21, there were 54 total cases reported.

The borough also reported its second and third COVID-19 related fatalities. Mayor Zachary Bray said the third victim was 49 years old.

"Such a travesty to lose such a young person," he said in a post on Facebook. "As always, our hearts and prayers are with their loved ones at this terrible time."

"Last week's warning of a jump in numbers due to a testing facility at RVCC opening up was no joke," he added. "This is a serious matter that is going to touch all of our lives in some form."
