BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Bridgewater Township is reporting one fewer COVID-19 case in the township, and no new ones, as of Thursday morning, bringing the total in town to 455 cases.

According to the township, the loss of one case was due to the redistribution of cases to their correct municipalities.

Of those cases, 57 percent are confirmed to be female and 42.8 percent are confirmed to be male.

The township is reporting one additional fatality, bringing the total to 58 deaths from COVID-19, all between the ages of 40 and 105.

Of those, two were under the age of 50; three were between the ages of 51 and 65; 15 were between the ages of 66 and 80; and 38 were over the age of 81.

Raritan Borough was reporting 104 cases of COVID-19 and nine total fatalities, as of Wednesday evening.

Somerset County as a whole has reported 3,960 cases and 406 fatalities, as of Wednesday.
