FLEMINGTON, NJ - Bridgewater-Raritan Middle School and Bradley Gardens Primary School are two among several vying to win a contest that will have a Flemington-based business painting a kindness and inclusion-themed quote mural at one Somerset County school and one Hunterdon County School.

Bridgewater-Raritan Middle School and Bradley Gardens are each vying for the win against Weston Elementary School, in Manville; LoMonte/Annex Elementary School, in Bound Brook; and Village Elementary School, in Skillman.

Residents can vote for which school they want to win the prize, until Aug. 27 when the winning schools will be announced.

The Chirp Workshop, which is sponsoring the contest, hosts activities, classes and workshops for children and adults.

As of Tuesday afternoon, BRMS was in the lead with 1,131 votes, followed by Weston Elementary School, with 590 votes. Bradley Gardens just entered the race Tuesday, so votes are limited so far.
