BRIDGEWATER, NJ - The Bridgewater-Raritan High School Department of Performing Arts and Bridgewater-Raritan High School's Television Team, BRTV, held its first Music to Unite: A Benefit Concert June 6, with students virtually singing and playing instruments to raise money for those in need.

The goal of the event was to raise money for the RWJBarnabas Health Emergency Response Fund. Viewers could also donate to the RWJ University Hospital in Somerset to purchase supplies to combat COVID-19.

As of the few days following the concert, they had collected $3,005.

The concert was organized by BRHS junior Helen Xie, and edited by freshman Sophia Consalvo and junior Ryan Elias.
