SOMERVILLE, NJ - A Raritan man was arrested as a fugitive from justice regarding failure to appear on a drug offense, according to a release from the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office.

Donald Bush, 43, was arrested Aug. 19 for failure to appear in Somerset County Superior Court on a third degree possession of controlled dangerous substance offense.

Somerset County Prosecutor Michael Robertson and Somerset County Prosecutor's Office Chief of County Detectives John W. Fodor announced the arrest of five fugitives from justice in total. Also arrested were:

  • Victor Sierra, 41, of Bound Brook, for a probation violation on a third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance offense.
  • Timothy Duffy, 41, of Warren Township, for a violation of probation on a third degree aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer offense and third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance offense.
  • William Barkalow, 43, of Bedminster, for a failure to appear in Somerset County Superior Court on a third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance offense.
  • Kelly Meister, 50, of Manville, for a failure to appear in Somerset County Superior Court on a fourth degree operating a motor vehicle while suspended offense.

All the fugitives were taken into custody without incident, and brought to the Somerset County Jail pending a Somerset County Superior Court appearance.
