BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Bridgewater Township Police and the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office are investigating a Thursday morning fire on Timothy Place.
According to Somerset County Prosecutor Michael Robertson, at about 6 a.m., Bridgewater Township Police responded to a 911 call about a fire on Timothy Place. The property was unoccupied and no injuries were reported.
The Bradley Gardens, Country Hills, Green Knoll, North Branch, Raritan and Finderne fire companies responded to extinguish the fire, Robertson said.
The Somerset County Prosecutor's Office Fire Investigation Unit is conducting an investigation into the cause and origin of the fire, in conjunction with the Bridgewater Township Police Department.
