BRIDGEWATER, NJ -- Madison Bray scored one goal and passed for an assist as Bridgewater-Raritan opened its field hockey season with a 4-1 victory over Hillsborough on Tuesday.

Colleen Kelly and Tori Bugianesi each scored a goal for the Panthers, and Alex Hobbs contributed an assist for BRHS, which led, 2-0, at the half.

Makayla Choy made seven saves for Bridgewater-Raritan, which got off 13 shots to eight by the Raiders.
