BRIDGEWATER, NJ -- The Bridgewater-Raritan field hockey team turned in a strong performance but couldn't get past formidable Morristown-Beard in a 3-2 loss on Monday.

Senior Madison Bray scored both goals for the Panthers (3-7-1), who were tied with Morristown-Beard, 1-1, at halftime.

Junior midfielder Rayhanah Ahmed and senior defender Alex Hobbs each provided an assist on the two Bray goals. Senior goalie Makayla Choy made four saves against Morristown-Beard (6-1). The two teams attempted seven shots apiece.
