MARTINSVILLE, NJ – The fifth-seeded Bridgewater-Raritan field hockey team advanced in the Somerset County Tournament with a 2-0 victory over fourth-seeded Pingry on Saturday.

Madison Bray scored both goals for Bridgewater-Raritan, which advances to next Saturday's semifinal round at second-seeded Bernards.

Tori Bugianesi and Alex Hobbs had the assists for the Panthers (6-9-1), which entered the half tied at zero. Makayla Choy made 13 saves as BRHS shut out its third straight opponent.
