BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Hunterdon Central scored four unanswered touchdowns in the second half to rally from a three-point halftime deficit to beat Bridgewater-Raritan, 42-17, during the annual Homecoming Game Friday night.

Anthony Goffe rushed for 81 yards and two touchdowns on 15 carries for Bridgewater-Raritan, which led, 17-14, at halftime. After Will Ezema's touchdown run gave Hunterdon Central a 7-0 lead, the Panthers came back with a pair of Goffe TDs--from 1 yard and 15 yards away--to take a 14-7 lead. Nick Balliro kicked both PATs.

A 68-yard TD run by Ezema enabled the Red Devils to tie the game, 14-14, but Balliro kicked a 31-yard field goal before halftime to give BRHS a three-point lead.

Alex Fromberg completed 13 of 28 passes for 100 yards for BRHS. Colton Rosseland caught three passes for 47 yards. Brett MacMath rushed for 21 yards for the Panthers on five carries.

In addition to the game, the festivities featured a performance by the marching band, with assists from students at Bridgewater-Raritan Middle School, as well as the crowning of Homecoming King and Queen, Jason Lam and Mandy Petrillo.
