BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Fourth-seeded Bridgewater-Raritan held off a late charge to hang on for a 50-48 girls basketball victory over Gill-St. Bernard's in the quarterfinal round of the Somerset County Tournament Tuesday night.

Teresa Wolak scored 25 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and made four steals for Bridgewater-Raritan (16-6), which outscored Gill, 25-15, in the middle quarters to take a 37-32 lead into the final quarter.

Kristen Tribel grabbed eight rebounds for the Panthers, who will play top-seeded Rutgers Prep in the semifinal round in Franklin Thursday night.
