BRIDGEWATER, NJ -- The undefeated Bridgewater-Raritan girls swim team outscored Columbia, 96-66, in the semifinal round of the North 2, Group A state tournament on Monday.

Juliana Ward, Ana Sali, Emily Szopa and Katelyn Plank of Bridgewater-Raritan (11-0) combined for a time of 2:08.58 in the 200-meter relay.

Columbia, however, kept it close by winning the other two relays. In the 200-meter freestyle relay, Addie Wiener, Lena Finnamore, Maya Glenn and Katharina Dowlin of Columbia won with a time of 1:54.76. In the 400 freestyle relay, Wiener, Finnamore, Glenn and Dowlin were first with a time of 4:23.16.

Other Bridgewater winners: Grace Zhou (4:45.20) in the 500 free, Emily Szopa (1:03.37 ) in the 100 free, Rylie Foley (1:09.72) in the 100 fly and (2:15.71) the 200 free, Ana Sali (28.830) in the 50 free, and Gianna Moscetti (2:34.11) in the 200 IM.

Other Columbia winners: Lizzy DeLuca (1:20.44) in the 100 backstroke, and Olivia Kramer (1:34.01) in the 100 breaststroke.
