CAMDEN, NJ — Another year, another 24 opportunities for Camden residents to perform a civic duty in attending local City Council and Board of Education meetings.

While ordinarily held on the second floor of the City Hall chamber, the council has been hosting their meetings via Zoom due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Agendas are released ahead of time and residents can participate by tuning into the meeting and speaking on line items or at the end during the public comments portion. More information, including minutes from previous meetings, can be found here.

The Camden City School District (CCSD) advisory board meetings are held on Facebook live.

Spanish translations are provided by calling 602-580-9234 (Access code: 3825077).  

In order to share their thoughts or ask questions, viewers must fill out a form to either have their comments read during the meeting or to arrange for the board to call them. For details click here.
