CAMDEN, NJ—A shooting on Monday morning left a 19-year-old Camden man dead and an 18-year-old man from Glassboro injured, according to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office.

The Camden County Police responded to a Shotspotter activation near 4th Street and Kaighn Avenue at about 7:43 a.m.

When officers arrived they located the two victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The 19-year-old succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at approximately 8:07 a.m.

The names of the victims are not immediately being released due to the active investigation into the shooting.

No arrests have been made at this time.
