NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ - He gets shoved into a wall by WWE star Becky Lynch, sits in on an office meeting wearing a mouthguard and is spotted toiling away at his work cubicle.

The Scarlet Knight and his cartoonishly large head are about to become the most recognizable thing to come out of Rutgers since World Cup soccer legend Carli Lloyd.

The Scarlet Knight is set to appear in five of ESPN's 12 new commercials in its popular "This is SportsCenter" series.

He also appears in the background as golfing great Brooks Koepka cuts a sandwich and Lynch goes on a wrestling-styled rant while ordering coffee.

Most humorous of all, however, seems to be the commercial where he is simply wandering down the hallway at ESPN's offices when Lynch - for seemingly no good reason - shoves him into the wall. The camera follows the Scarlet Knight as he continues on, looking back in bewilderment.

Hopefully, the same thing won't happen to the Scarlet Knights when the football team takes the field for a noon kickoff at Iowa.
